8. Messaging Service & Twilio

We deliver SMS and WhatsApp messages through Twilio, Inc. as our Messaging Service provider for A2P 10DLC campaigns. To route your messages, we share your phone number, country/region, carrier metadata, message content, and delivery diagnostics with Twilio and participating carriers. Twilio processes that data under its own privacy and security program and only to provide messaging on our behalf.

Carriers may temporarily store message content to detect spam, fraud, or policy violations. We do not sell or rent messaging data and we use it solely to operate and improve the Services, comply with legal requirements, and protect users.

9. Opt-Out Controls & Preferences

You can opt out of messaging at any time by replying STOP (or the equivalent keyword required by your carrier). To resume, reply START. Text HELP for assistance. We honor opt-out requests immediately and maintain suppression lists to prevent accidental re-enrollment.

For email-based requests, contact privacy@integration.me and we will update your preferences within the legally required timeframe. Message frequency varies based on your selected program but typically ranges from 3-14 messages per week unless you explicitly choose a different cadence.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Notify us promptly of any suspicious activity.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 16. If we learn that we collected information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.
