Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of integration.me, including our website, SMS/WhatsApp communication, and any services, features, or content provided by integration.me (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted during sign-up.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use at support@integration.me.

2. Service Description

integration.me provides AI-powered integration support delivered via SMS/WhatsApp. Features may evolve without notice, and certain offerings may be released as trials or betas.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Do not submit content that is defamatory, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the Services.
  • You are solely responsible for your reflections, goals, and outcomes.

4. Messaging & Consent

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or prerecorded SMS or WhatsApp messages from integration.me related to your integration program, account notifications, and optional promotional content. Message frequency depends on the track you select and typically ranges between 3 and 14 messages per week unless you request a different cadence. Standard carrier message and data rates apply.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or the equivalent keyword required by your carrier). To receive assistance, reply HELP or email support@integration.me. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can continue to use non-messaging portions of the Services without enrolling in SMS communications.

5. Payment & Trials

Some Services may be offered on a subscription basis with a free trial. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology are owned by integration.me or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant integration.me a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use that input without restriction or compensation.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. integration.me does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Consult qualified professionals for health matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, integration.me and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless integration.me, its officers, employees, and partners from claims and expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 6–11 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.

13. Messaging Service Provider & A2P 10DLC Compliance

We deliver SMS and WhatsApp communications through Twilio, Inc. as our registered Messaging Service provider. Twilio transmits your phone number, carrier information, message content, and delivery diagnostics to participating carriers solely to deliver the program you enrolled in. By using the Services, you authorize us to transmit that information through Twilio and the carrier network for compliance with A2P 10DLC rules.

You agree to follow the CTIA Messaging Principles, Twilio Acceptable Use Policy, and carrier guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend your messaging access if we detect prohibited content (spam, SHAFT categories, illegal activity, etc.) or if required by Twilio or a carrier.

14. Opt-Out, Keywords & Support

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. To resume, text START, UNSTOP, or YES. For help, reply HELP or emailsupport@integration.me. We process keyword-based requests immediately and may send a one-time confirmation message. Message frequency varies by cohort and will be disclosed during enrollment.

If you change or deactivate your phone number, you must update your account promptly so that messages are not sent to someone else without consent.

15. Carrier Liability

Carriers and Twilio are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your network connection and device. You acknowledge that the Services may be unavailable from time to time due to carrier latency, maintenance, or force majeure events.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
